    Terms of Service

    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By creating an account or using adPlus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

    2. Description of Service

    adPlus is a SaaS platform that allows media buyers and agencies to upload advertising creatives, write copy variations, and publish ads in bulk to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) via the Meta Marketing API. The service is provided as-is and subject to change.

    3. Account Registration

    You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

    4. Meta API Access

    To use the ad publishing features, you must connect your Meta (Facebook) account and grant the required permissions. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Meta Marketing API complies with Meta's Terms of Service and Advertising Policies. adPlus is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

    5. User Content

    You retain ownership of all creatives, copy, and data you upload. By uploading content, you grant adPlus a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable laws and Meta's policies.

    6. Prohibited Uses

    You may not use adPlus to: (a) publish ads that violate Meta's Advertising Policies; (b) distribute malware or harmful content; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) resell or sublicense the service without written permission; or (e) use the service for any unlawful purpose.

    7. Data and Privacy

    We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Your Meta access tokens are stored securely and used exclusively to publish ads on your behalf. We do not sell your data to third parties.

    8. Service Availability

    We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or due to events beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, adPlus and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including ad spend losses, loss of data, or loss of business. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    11. Termination

    You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

    12. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
